for the first part of this class, we did an experimental activity about leadership in the Games Industry
our group looked at the leadership problems with Cyberpunk 2077's development, which occurred mostly because management set expectations too high and made major changes mid-way through development (Lyons, 2021)
Concerningly, the game - which is notorious for it's chaotic visual design - did not have an epilepsy warning (Ruppert, 2020, Dec. 18). This is particularly problematic as Ruppert explains in another article (2020, Dec. 7) that certain elements of the game are practically "designed to trigger an epileptic episode".
