We started by discussing games we've been playing and got a little bit into the weeds with inventory design. I was working on Brief 2 simultaneously.
A sprint is a period of time during development where goals are set, and ideally achieved.
A project contains milestones, and within those milestones there are multiple sprints.

common questions to ask on a sprint retrospective:
did we achieve what we expected to?
are we as far along as we want?
do we need to adjust our expectations?
was our project management methodology helpful or not?
are we communicating well enough?
planning ahead:
what is the next sprint/milestone's goal?
does our process need changing? If so, what needs to be adjusted?
constructive criticism is also an important part of a sprint retrospective
be open, honest and constructive with feedback
be receptive to feedback received
remember the common goal
differences of opinion on best approach are normal, and it is important to find a middle ground that everyone agrees to.
trust is crucial - you don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't ask for advice.
For next week:
Do animation sequence for Soldier Boy sprite - walking
Get the crowd/enemy sprite chasing the player
Make sure Brief pages are submitted correctly
