Personal Statement: My name is Rebecca Hanley and I am a special education teacher at P.S. 155 William Paca. During the 2016-2017 school year I taught in a 2^nd grade bilingual-ICT classroom. This is my first year teaching in the New York City Department of Education. I received my B.S. and M.Ed. in special education from the University of Maryland College Park.
