Personal Statement: As the Bilingual School Counselor at the Community Action School I provide social, emotional and academic support to all of the students from 6th through 8^th grade. This past year I have been attending the monthly PLO's offered to school counselors to stay up to date on ways to best work with students and I have continued to look for opportunities for growth during the summer when PLOs are offered like Life Space Crisis Intervention. I graduated from New York University in 2009 with a Masters in School Counseling and I am certified as a Bilingual School Counselor.
