Personal Statement: I am on a continuing path to inspire my students to develop a love for reading and writing through discussion with their peers. I believe that students are most invested in their learning when they are part of the process from start to finish and have the opportunity to provide feedback to both their peers and teachers. Student engagement stems from student involvement and I aim to achieve both engagement and involvement in every lesson. I earned my degree in History/Special Education from St. Joseph’s College and earned Master’s Degree in Special Education from Molloy College.
