Danielle Meyer is a Science Teacher and Sustainability Coordinator at Gramercy Arts High School. Ms. Meyer has been with the DOE for 11 years, 10 at Gramercy Arts HS and has worked as Sustainability Coordinator for the past 3 years. This year Ms. Meyer, with Ms. Sioson and the Gramercy Green Team, partnered with the Service in Schools “Race Against Waste” program to improve recycling efforts throughout Gramercy Arts HS. The program has been a huge success, thanks to the hard work and perseverance our students! The Gramercy Green Team is dedicated to educating and informing their fellow students as well as faculty, of the importance of recycling and its role in creating a sustainable future for our school and beyond.
