Kia ora Whānau,
As you will likely be aware, the Government recently announced the possibility of schools returning to on-site learning from mid-November. We are awaiting further guidance from the Ministries of Health and Education on what a return to school might look like, and expect to receive more clarity next week.
In the meantime we want to ensure that we are ready for a possible return to school, and ask that you please take a minute to complete this short form. The information collected will help us to plan for re-opening.
The Government has also indicated that Auckland may move to Alert Level 3, step 2 from mid next week. We understand that this would impact a number of families, as it will mean that retail can open. If your child/children need to return to school due to no longer having appropriate care at home, please email comms@stonefields.school.nz detailing their name(s) and your situation.
We are following Ministry announcements closely and we will update you again as soon as we have more information.
Until then, stay safe and enjoy the weekend!
Noho ora mai,
Sarah and team
