Outside Material Storage Procedure

Purpose

To comply with the No Exposure Multi Sector General Permit. To ensure industrial activities and materials are isolated from rain, snow, snowmelt, and runoff.

SkyVine ITAD has adopted this procedure in order to accomplish these goals.

Outside Material Storage Procedure

1. All industrial equipment stored outside the facility must be tarped and tightly secured with bungee cord or other similar mechanisms. This will ensure material from being uncovered and exposed by strong winds.

2. Material that is required to be stored outside will be covered with a heavy-duty plastic pallet cover and secured with stretch wrap.

3. Management will conduct a facility check off walk through of the yard to verify materials stored outside are within these guidelines.

Materials that are acceptable to be stored outside.

1. Pallets. (Cleaned of material)

2. Containers with closed lid.

3. Any material with a secure cover that cannot be uncovered by severe weather conditions.
