Objectives and Targets Procedure

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to establish documented Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Manual QEHS objectives by considering the results of risk assessments, environmental aspects, health and safety hazards and their impacts at various levels and functions of the SkyVine ITAD organization.

Scope

This process applies to all QEHS aspects and their impacts on the activities, products, and services associated with SkyVine ITAD.

Responsibility and Authority

1. Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) Manager

The QEHS Manager is responsible for identifying SkyVine ITAD’s objectives and targets based on QEHS aspects and their impacts.

2. Upper Management and Departmental Heads

All members of Upper Management as well as all Departmental Heads are responsible for identifying departmental objectives and targets in-line with SkyVine ITAD’s overall objectives and targets and in preparation of the QEHS Management Plan (QEHSMP).

Description of Activity

1. Prioritization of Objectives & Targets

SkyVine ITAD’s objectives and targets are prioritized for feasibility after analysis of QEHS aspects and their impacts, which are identified as outlined in the Planning Procedure, Environmental Aspects Identification Procedure and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Procedure.

2. Establishing Objectives & Targets

The following are taken into consideration when establishing SkyVine ITAD’s objectives and targets:

• Improvement of customer satisfaction

Improvement of product or service

• Elimination and reduction of unsafe conditions and practices

• If elimination and reduction is not possible, controls of unsafe conditions and practices

• Achievability of objectives and targets

• Consistence with and/or outlined within the QEHS Policy

3. Elimination & Reduction within Objectives & Targets

It is the responsibility of the QEHS Director to determine the achievability of objectives and targets based on the following areas:

• Technological; New aspect or modification of previous aspect in existing technology

• Physical environment

• Feasibility study

• Where applicable, quantifiable objectives and targets may need to be considered

4. Development & Review of Objectives & Targets

The development and review of objectives and targets will be set on an annual basis and considered during the Management Review.
