Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to establish the general requirements for the management of the change process in support of the QEHS management system in place at SkyVine ITAD.
Scope
This procedure covers the management of change review process to ensure that the QESMS addresses any changes proposed and implemented for the operations, accepted materials, maintenance, equipment purchases & replacements, marketing materials and facility operations at Our Company. The intent is to foster discussion and improvement to ensure the QEHS management system covers the changes, and for making any changes necessary to the QEHS management system.
Procedure
Proposed changes may include, but are not limited to changes in:
accepted materials
new or modified processes
operational controls
operating procedures
maintenance procedures
new, modified or replacement equipment or infrastructure
marketing materials
All proposed changes shall be assessed to review the quality impacts, environmental aspects and health and safety impacts of the proposed change. The assessment shall be documented on the Change Management Form.
All Change Management forms shall be reviewed by top management. Minutes of the management of change review shall be documented, including the outcome which may include,
Decision to proceed with proposed change
Decision to modify or withdraw proposed changes
Decisions and actions related to elements of the QEHSMS to ensure continual improvement.
