eCommerce Selling Procedure

1. Evaluation

   1. Material will be evaluated before testing can begin. Evaluation includes the following:

   2. Pricing of material must bring a revenue of at least $10.00 in profit.

      1. Value of material - (Cost of goods sold + processing cost) = $10.00 or more

      2. Value of material can be found by google search of product or eBay sell history.

2. Testing

   1. New in box with unbroken seal material does not require testing.

   2. Test functionality of item, see testing instructions.

      1. Testing Laptop instruction

      2. Testing CPU for PC instruction

      3. Testing Desktop Computer or PC instruction

      4. Testing Ram or Memory instruction

      5. Testing Monitor instruction

      6. Testing Router instruction

      7. Testing Server instruction

      8. Testing Network Switch instruction

      9. Testing Storage Units instruction

      10. Testing Sketch Pad instruction

      11. Testing Power Supply instruction

      12. Testing Tablet instruction

      13. Testing Mobile Phone instruction

3. Inspect exterior and screen for defects, scratches, dents, and dings. Pictures will need to be taken for any are found.

4. Be sure to list the following condition code and functionality code after testing has completed.

5. Make sure the eBay listing you make specifies all shortcomings, imperfections, missing parts on the item being sold. Also, in the listing specify the Model, Manufacturer, and main components of interior if applicable. Shipping cost will be calculated into the listing price. The heavier and bigger an item is, the more it costs to ship. Estimate cost can be determined by getting a quote from UPS or FedEx website.

6. Items MUST be paid for before it can be shipped to the customer.
