I’ve been unsuccessful in advocating for an admin leadership position thus far, trying for a Director of eLearning that would better meet the current needs of the college (than a MA5 OFM classification). This is not at all connected to the outstanding work that Kathy did in her time in that role, and we tried to make this change twice unsuccessfully before she retired as well.
