Goals
Create an Equity Rubric to review software for equity before it is purchased (technology, procuring, implementation), an Equity Best Practices Guide for Admin in implementation and another for Faculty in implementation.
SubGoal 1: Create Equity Rubric to review software for equity.
SubGoal 2: Create Equity Best Practices in Implementation for Admins.
SubGoal 3: Create Equity Best Practices in Implementation for Faculty.
Use SBCTC data to increase our awareness in improving student outcomes for systematically marginalized populations within our spheres of influence.
SubGoal 1: Develop questions for what we want to know about our work.
SubGoal 2: Look at the data to answer those questions.
SubGoal 3: See who is doing well at answering the questions.
SubGoal 4: Find out why and give context.
SubGoal 5: Share out practices that are working with context for specific things.
Provide two equity trainings per year to help us explore personal practices and perspectives within eLC to decrease systemic and personal bias in order to increase our ability to make change in the college systems.
SubGoal 1: Create RFP for what we want.
SubGoal 2: Reach out for proposals.
SubGoal 3: Schedule one for Fall and one for Spring.
