Professional Development Work Group Goals:

1.    Determine eLC desires for specific PD opportunities.

a.    Survey results

b.    Survey updated and sent quarterly.

2.    Increase participation and attendance numbers in weekly PD opportunities.

a.    Participation attendance numbers verified by headcount of sessions.

b.    Promotion – Scott messages; local announcements; outreach (5 new people for eLC member); group event to watch en masse (live or recorded). May count as PD for faculty.

3.    Achieve 70% approval of PD training.

a.    Use exit survey at the end of training

b.    Use SME for each topics.
