Tentative Goals for 2019-2020
Establish point of contact for OER labeling at each ctc institution
Support the creation and implementation of best practices for OER labeling.
Create opportunities and reduce barriers for sharing open resources and best practices around open education, both within the system and in the broader OER community (WACC and sharing in Commons)
Encourage and support the implementation of open pedagogy as part of course design.
Develop a recommended copyright statement to be added to the collective bargaining agreement or college policy that enables the college and faculty the legal permission to share OERs they create
Establish quarterly deliverables

Assign Tasks:
For #1, at the report we will remind school to add in their labeling contact Jerry will help nudge
For #3, Tim will send a survey related to who has a Barnes & Noble contract and who can share them.

For #3, Revise and update the OER list for WA45 with course examples - Tacoma, OC, and Grays Harbor will start working on that and set up a separate Zoom meeting check in
For #4, We will promote a robust track of presentations at WACC
For #5, Christie and Boyoung will coordinate to create a draft to bring back to the Winter meeting
Christie is going to get quotes from potential keynotes
All of us will find faculty presenters for the OER speed dating event
