Therefore Be it resolved: That the Town Council in special session assembled, and the town of Perry, by and through its town Council does hereby release and relieve the Burton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida, from any and all liabilities on account of the furnishing of un-pure water from the well of the Burton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida, to the town of Perry, Florida and the citizens of the town of Perry, Florida and the said town of Perry Florida does hereby agree to protect the said Burton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida against all suits, claims, actions, loss, damages, liabilities or otherwise on behalf of the town of Perry Florida or the citizens of the town of Perry or the subscribers using the water of the town of Perry Florida so to be furnished by the Burton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida and pumped in to the pipes, pipe lines and mains of the town of Perry Florida by the said Bruton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida, and on account of any sickness, disease or otherwise that result or is claimed to result from the said use of the unpure water so to be furnished by the said Burton-Swartz Cypress Company of Florida, to the Perry Electric Company for the subscribers of the said Perry Electric Company.
