Yesterday was my first full day at home, I was a bit tired - all the excitement of getting out the day before. So I took things easy - just walked over to the local shops.
Before and after the beard pictures, I also had a hair cut..
... No exercise bike yesterday, had the walk to the shops instead...
Note: there may not be another update on this page until Wednesday when I have the results from my blood test on Tuesday...
