Guess what? Yes you guest it no movement in my neutorphils yet… I felt like I had more energy yesterday than the day before which was good.
That meant I had the energy to finish the car off. In one of the DVDs that Isabel bought me about design it says that Ford managed to get manufacture time of the Model T down to 93 minutes. Given it has taken me three weeks to assemble a small plastic model (and I had a couple of bits left over!) I don’t see a future for me in the motor industry.
Isabel brought in dinner again last night, my improved energy levels may be down to the fact I am actually starting to eat proper nutritional food again.
… back up to 7k on the exercise bike, basically these days I’m just doing what I feel up to…
