Only a couple more days of having to get eye drops, four times a day for the first ten days of treatment. I’m not really sure what they are for but I know I don’t really like getting them. I can self inject but there is no way I can do my own eye drops. I have a very strong instinct to shut my eye when somebody tries to put something in it. I get the impression some of the nurses don’t like giving them, but nearly there…
Medically again nothing has changed.
It’s nice that the weather has cooled down a bit, trying to keep my temperature down when there is no air conditioning and can’t open the window or door is not very nice.
I have started to build the model car that Isabel and James bought me at the weekend. First of all I have to paint all the bits, which I think will take quite a long time. I have just done the black bits and that took over an hour… lucky I have got plenty of time.
It was good that Isabel was able to pop in for an hour, she has a very busy few weeks with James being on holiday and trying to fit in work as well.
… 5k on the exercise bike yesterday, further than I planned but was feeling quite good…
