Getting information in this place is hard work…
I had to change my blog entry yesterday about 10am to correct the Neutrophils level I had posted. It would appear the correct story is
Sunday 0.1
Monday 0.1
Tuesday 0.3
I had to ask about three time before I got somebody to actually come back to me with what my levels are. I accept they are very busy here and getting me a piece of information is probably easily forgotten. But it is frustrating sometimes. It was 11pm by the time I managed to get this information
I have not been told what the trigger point for going home this time is, last time it was 0.5, but it can sometimes be set at 1.0 (another question that has not been answered!).
So I may be about to go home or could be here until after the weekend… I am finding this the most frustrating phase of the cycle. After three and a half weeks in this room it would be nice to get home.
My left foot was a bit swollen again yesterday, but I suspect it is because I spent nearly all of the day just sitting in my seat. I will speak to the consultant about it today.
There was an interesting question in the judgment section of my course yesterday
“Imagine you have a rope long enough to go around the circumference of the Earth. If you extended that rope by two metres, how big would the gap be between the earth and the rope?”
This should be easy for the engineers out there. I will publish the answer tomorrow…
Isabel delivered dinner again last night which was very nice and then Amanda popped in for a couple of hours. It was good to see her again.
… 9 k on the exercise bike again yesterday…
