Yesterday my chemo started at 3am in the morning and finished at 7am. As with cycle 3 I always feel really bad after the chemo apparently the dose in cycle 3 and 4 is ten times stronger than in cycles 1 and 2 which would explain why it is having more of an effect on me. Basically it feels like a really bad handover without the headache. (Not that I would know what one of those is like ;-) )

The view out of my window is not very inspiring - just an office block

Yesterday all I wanted to do was sleep, so I was not very good company for Isabel when she came in to visit. She brought me the T.V. and my exercise bike. She just read some of her book while I snoozed on the bed...

... nothing on the exercise bike, I suspect it will be next week before I feel up to getting back on it...
