No consultant in yesterday being a Sunday so no medical update - not that I expect anything will have changed.

I did my first hour on my creative thinking course yesterday, I think it will be quite interesting. It is one of the Open University professional development courses. The advantages of this type of course is they are completely online, can start at any time and go at your own pace. There is one piece of marked work that is submitted at the end of the course. You get a certificate but it is not academic so would not count towards a degree of any type.

I was playing with the camera on my phone and found a panorama setting so here is a the view from my bed…

James and Isabel came in yesterday, for a quick visit, it was very nice to see them both. James watched the second half of Muppets from Space and played on the ipad. They arrived just before my dinner was delivered - James must think that all I do is watch the Muppets and eat (ok I have been found out…).

… back up to 9k on the exercise bike, it was quite difficult for the first time in two weeks at that distance…
