Tips for materials that need to be submitted:
Student description of each procedure
You need to describe how you performed each test
Make sure you discuss what a normal test result or range would be
Log book of the procedures you performed and the patient results
You need to perform:
Fluorescein stain on two patients
Schrimer tear test on two patients
Tonometry on two patients
Include the patient singalment and date of procedure in your log
You can perform more than one test on a patient. Make sure you perform them in the correct order. If doing a tear test it is the first test that should be performed or the results can be skewed
