The computer technique group from Japan can take a photo as an input and make a linear image from it. Personally I really like the drawing and it looks like there is a depth. Also you can see clearly who the drawing is. I also love less it more, which really is the case with this drawing. Only having straight lines looks really cool.
I also see similarities with modern works. It now is more common to design with less in more in mind instead of more and more.
