Within the work emphises of light as our most-used way of analysing and perceptualising different spaces has been down-graded to merely pulses of light in combination of sound. With this peculiair selection of input the artist tries to alter the perceptivity of our own sensory system when confronted with the shadowplay created by the lighting and the cacophony of sound generated by speakers connected to the pulses of the lights itself. The sheer size of the project piqued my interest and the simplicity of the equipment used is inspiring, the alteration of our perception trough basic impulses such as pure light and sound create for interesting project concepts.
