Anyone who has spent more than an hour with me, will tell you that I am a creative, but also critical and mostly very ambitious person. In the past, I have completed my undergraduate degree with a major in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University. During this time, I minored in Linguistics, worked as a designer and balanced many political volunteer jobs. I finished by undergraduate degree by writing a thesis about the handling of irony and sarcasm in human-computer dialogue systems (also known as chatbots). A passion for linguistics, logic, philosophy, AI, statistics, education and policy, often with a humorous or ironic twist, is what most inspires my work during my time within the Media Technology programme.
