On July 21, 2022, 4 minutes after the start of the curfew, at 00:04:00, in absolute darkness, a man approached my car and secured something under the bottom of my car, in the area of the gas tank. I have infrared illumination, but it is very low-power and its brightness is not sufficient to trigger the DVR’s software motion sensor. It just illuminates the area around my car a little and that's it. The recording of this event happened by accident, because in one of the hardware sensors of my DVR, an hour before this event, the battery ran out and the sensor began to give false alarms. If not for this accident the recording would not have happened. I was sitting at my desk and working, my attention was riveted to the screen with documents, I saw out of the corner of my eye that someone had approached the car in the dark, but did not pay attention to what was happening... I did not call the police, considering that the person was simply lost. Only in the morning, after looking at the recording, I understood its meaning. I didn’t call the police because I thought that the authorities were behind this and most likely those who were spying on me in the apartment saw that I recorded the event and themselves had already dismantled what they had installed. The police will arrive, but there will be nothing there and the police will start mocking me again... In addition, at first I misjudged what I saw. For some reason, at first I decided that most likely it was one of the neighbors who, helping the authorities in harassing me, hoped to take over my apartment, simply installed a tracker on my car. But then, after watching the recording several times, I came to the conclusion that this did not look like the installation of a tracker and with a high degree of probability it was the installation of a bomb.

Towards evening I needed a car and went out into the street. First, I carefully examined my car from a great distance, then I came closer, then I lay down on the ground and carefully examined the bottom in the place where the unknown person had installed something, but I did not find anything. There was nothing there. Then I noticed that the cap was twisted off the nipple of the rear left wheel, near which the unknown person was installing something. I considered this a cheap trick by the operatives, designed to make me believe that the unknown person allegedly did not install anything under the bottom of my car, but simply... twisted the cap and that’s it...

This confirmed to me that, firstly, the event itself was indeed connected with the operatives conducting surveillance on me in my apartment. Secondly, indeed, they became aware that I had a recording of the event. And thirdly, they dismantled the installed device and then twisted the cap off the wheel valve to try to confuse me.

But the most important thing is that those who are spying on me do not need to install a tracker on my car. They have already studied me for a long time and know where I go. In addition, they track the movements of my phone and know where I am at any given time... They do not hide it, on the contrary, they flaunt it.

That is why I believe that the event, the video of which I published, cannot be the installation of a tracker, but can only be the installation of a bomb under my car, and it was installed or supervised by those who are spying on me and destroying my life - representatives of government agencies Ukrainian authorities.
