I worked almost the entire night from June 4 to June 5, 2020, and at about 4 am I realized it was time to go to bed. I slept until 10 am, then worked until 12 and felt that I needed to rest some more. I woke up at about 5 pm and almost immediately sat down to work again. Looking at the screen of the dash cam, I saw that something had happened to my Sierra. Half asleep, I couldn’t focus and decided to look out the window. Looking out, I discovered that my Sierra was gone. I looked through the dash cam footage and saw that at about 2 pm, a tow truck arrived and took my car away... Stole it. Hijacked it. I made a video and posted it:

...then I was doing some housework, and then at 9:00 pm I called 102 and demanded that the Department of Internal Security come, since my car had been attacked for 6 years, as a result of which it was completely destroyed, and none of my reports were registered in accordance with the established procedure. The woman, the 102 operator, listened to me attentively, registered the call, and then, for some reason, called me back herself and began to find out what technical condition my car was in... The question is certainly interesting... At the time of the theft/hijacking, my car was in a state of wreckage, but it was brought to this state as a result of more than 500 outrageous attacks and the inaction of the authorities, to whom I constantly reported these attacks. Due to some circumstances, which I consider to be corruption in government agencies, the police, the prosecutor's office, the SBU and the courts, instead of holding the perpetrators accountable, ensured their impunity. Everyone without exception. I have already written and said before that if the entire law enforcement system attacks a person, then the political power is behind it.

The conversation between the People's Deputy of Ukraine "Yuzik" and the head of the Dnipropetrovsk police Ogurchenko, which got into the media, clearly showed that the government deals with unruly people, with the hands of the police, and in this case it is impossible to appeal the illegal actions of the police, due to the corruption of the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Bureau of Investigation.

I don't know who uses their corrupt influence on the police, but the recordings I published show that all the police officers break the law and are absolutely sure of their impunity.

In general, some time after my call, a police car drove up, from which 3 police officers got out and called themselves an investigative and operational group.

What happened next clearly demonstrates what the National Police of Ukraine is:

Almost immediately, as soon as the police started to draw up the papers, a crowd of thugs appeared, one of whom came from afar and, passing by me and the police, with some kind of smile, began to look me in the eye - to put pressure on me. I did not look away and then he "pulled" me: "Why are you looking at me?" ... You can hear it on the recording. The police have used such thugs against me more than once. Then, the rest came out of the arch of the house, they allegedly met with the one who passed by me, and at the same time, the forensic expert Eremenko approached them, this can be seen on the second recording. Then Eremenko allegedly began to ask them something, and they began to loudly tell Eremenko that I was supposedly "sick in the head" and so on ... and this stopped only after I told the investigator about responsibility for suppressing the victim.
