# 2014 07 24. Appeal to SSU.

After my appeal to the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on June 6, 2014, many different events took place. There was a trial, which I won and which obliged the police to comply with the requirements of the law, there was ignoring by the police, court rulings and subsequent sabotage by the investigator of the Zhovtnevy district police department, Tatyana Derkach, of the pre-trial investigation. The suspect, his family and his friends continued to commit crimes against me absolutely unhindered... in general, everything went according to the standard Ukrainian scheme of a garbage-criminal state.

On July 24, 2014, I left the house and in the entrance of my house I saw two bastards - one who shouted to me that I would "sit down anyway" and the second, whom I saw for the first time in my life. This one, the second one, addressed me by name, on "you" and ... just said hello ...

This conversation took place at about 17:15... I don’t remember where I was going, but I changed my plans and went to the Dnepropetrovsk regional department of the SBU, since the crime committed against me falls under Art. 359 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and by the body of pre-trial investigation, crimes committed under this article, in accordance with Art. 216 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, is the SBU.

Having received a statement from me, on June 6, 2014, the police were obliged to open criminal proceedings and send the case for pre-trial investigation to the SBU, but this was not done.

I came to the SBU at about 17:30 and at about 18:00 I was received by some person who refused to show his documents, but called himself an SBU officer Sergey Alexandrovich Movchan.

After talking with me, "Movchan" suggested that I write a statement and promised that it would be adopted in the manner prescribed by law.

After the "Movchan" left, for about 15 minutes I wrote a statement and the same amount, I waited for his return. As far as I understand, these bastards examined me with the help of a video camera installed in the reception. Such examination is called the collection of information about the psycho-emotional state of a person. According to Art. 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, any collection of information about a person is carried out only as part of a pre-trial investigation, on a written order from an investigator or prosecutor, so the examination itself was a crime against me under Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
