# 2019 05 30. Laser. Part 2.

For some time, well, maybe a month, or a little more, I planned to write several statements to the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine, in order for me to have evidence that I applied to the state authorities of Ukraine, with statements about the crimes committed against me, jointly, criminals and government officials.

The first statement about the patrolmen who attacked me on April 15, I sent a few days ago. And yesterday I wrote a draft statement about an attempt to blind me with a laser while driving a car and this is what came of it...

After I wrote this draft, I decided to go on business. At 2:37 I left the house and closing the door of my apartment, I heard how the subject "shaheed", which is referred to in my statement, began to shout something to me through the door... This is heard on the recording, at 02:39 :05. Then you can hear how he howls behind the door: "Gooo, gooo..." and knocks on the door, at the moment when I, going down the stairs, pass by his apartment. It's at 2:40 at night!! That is, it clearly demonstrates that I am being monitored around the clock, that he really, around the clock has been grazing after me since January 2010, and also that he becomes aware of the contents of the documents that I prepare on my laptop, which is not connected to the Internet.

After he went out into the street, to his car, the "shahid" began to shine with a laser again, demonstrating to me that he had a reliable "roof" and the Ukrainian FBI also did not mean anything to him.

Well, in general, here is my statement, today I will send it, and I will publish the response of the State Bureau of Investigation later.
