2019 02 25. About acceptable and unacceptable on Facebook.
On February 25, 2019, I received a message from the Facebook administration that Facebook reconsidered its decision to report me and came to the conclusion that the comment, which I considered inappropriate, was not against Facebook policy.
And the thing was this: a respected publication, Novaya Gazeta, published a post and offered to see photos from five years ago. One of the commentators, the troll Rinat Vel, wrote a comment from which it followed that the Maidan was not a coup in which the oligarchs, using the Nazis, seized power, but it turns out that the Jews used Ukrainians like meat to seize power and destroy Ukraine. The purpose of this word-building is to incite hatred towards Jews. I found this unacceptable and made a report. After some time, I received a response from the Facebook administration that the provocative comment had been deleted, and then... a miracle happened: two days later, Facebook checked the content of the comment again, additionally, and came to the conclusion that this comment does not contradict Facebook policy , and... restored it.
Below I provide screenshots. You can see everything for yourself. It is also strange that this is Novaya Gazeta and they immediately ban such trolls... But this one, for some reason, was not banned.
But in any case, remember - such vocabulary, such words can be used, Facebook considers it acceptable.
I also want to draw attention to the fact that Facebook deletes my comments, and bans me for a month, for comments that do not contain any obscenities or any appeals, for comments that are simply a statement of facts, documented.
Upd. A week after the publication of this article, I read an interesting piece of news that confirmed my suspicions: Documents about the Facebook worldwide conspiracy have been published.
Searching the sites of the Observer and Computerweekly publications, which CNews refers to, I found many articles about Facebook manipulation and Facebook accusations of links with US intelligence agencies.
