After the state of Ukraine officially provided me with this package of documents, which I offer to my readers, my situation in Ukraine can be characterized by the words "captivity, on the territory of a state hostile to me."

The response from the State Migration Service of Ukraine, which is subordinate to the Ukrainian police, to which I did not apply, to my appeal to the Head of the Government of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, to whom I applied and who did not respond to my appeal, is nothing more than manipulation of laws and selective citation of laws, an open denial by the state of Ukraine of the Constitution of Ukraine as the legal basis for its activities, as well as a denial of the principle of the rule of law set forth in this allegedly fundamental law of the state of Ukraine and the rights and freedoms of man declared by this allegedly fundamental law of the state of Ukraine as the main value of the state of Ukraine.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", the legal basis for the activities of a civil servant of Ukraine is the Constitution of Ukraine, and in accordance with Art. 3 The Constitution of Ukraine declares the highest value in the state of Ukraine to be the life and freedom of a person. The life and freedom of a person, not police boots! Neither the Law of Ukraine "On Citizenship of Ukraine", nor any other normative act of the current legislation of Ukraine, directly or indirectly prohibits renunciation of Ukrainian citizenship, at the initiative of the person who decided to renounce Ukrainian citizenship.

I will not discuss the duplicity, cynicism and hypocrisy of Ukrainian officials again - a lot has been written about this without me. The main thing in this set of documents is that the state of Ukraine officially, openly, declared to me that it ignores my will not to be a citizen of Ukraine, which has been publicly and repeatedly declared and repeatedly confirmed by me. This set of documents, de facto, is an official declaration of me as a slave who is held captive by the Black Hundreds, mafia police regime.
