I did not believe that war could break out, but in mid-February, after the embassies in Kyiv began to evacuate their staff, I wrote to my mother, a letter:
For some reason, it was not my mother who answered me, but my sister ... She wrote something very mournful, about a broken computer and dad who can’t fix it ... From this I realized that now the role of the curator who will be me breaking, will fulfill my sister.
3 days before the start of the war, still trying to get away from all this, I again wrote to my mother:
But I have not received any response to this letter...
And a few days after the start of the war, I again wrote to my mother and in response received this:
In general, I did not read anything unexpected in this letter. I did not imagine that the mafia, which seized power in Dnepropetrovsk and established its own laws here, would turn the city into a battlefield.
I decided not to react to this message at all, because every letter on my computer screen is visible to those who are spying on me. That is, it was read not only by me, but also by the state of Ukraine. These are their powers, if they want - let them act, if they don't want - let them not act ...
Until March 4, I did not write to them anymore, trying to find money to leave, time passed, the situation at the front was tense, and on March 3 I wrote to them again, but instead of help I received this letter:
Having received this, I could not stand it and began to simply curse:
I received direct evidence that my relatives, throughout all these 20 years, did not help me escape from captivity, but, on the contrary, kept me in captivity, pretending to help me, that is, all these years they only harmed me. This is an ordinary deceit and this is the basis for the termination of kinship, which I wrote about in a letter.
There is one more subtlety that I noticed: supposedly, the letter was sent by my biological father Joseph Mednick, but based on what my other biological relatives, mother and sister told me, Joseph Mednick was already in such a state that he could not could use a computer, that is, he definitely could not send this letter. The letter was sent by someone, either from his computer in Stuttgart, or simply from his account. Also, the style of writing did not match the style of mother and father. I got the impression that the sender of the letter is in Dnepropetrovsk and the source of this information is also in Dnepropetrovsk.
