Earlier, once I have already encountered this method of suppression. It was in the spring of 2011 and I didn't have the footage. The essence of that incident was that the mongrel, who rushed at me, was not afraid of the sound of a shot. Any dog, without special training, will run away from the shot, but that dog did not run away.
Well, today, April 5, 2015, I decided to take a walk along the embankment. It was about 0:15. Usually, I walk five kilometers. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
There was no one on the embankment, but then, on a bench, a stone's throw from the restaurant, I saw two people - a man and a woman. Next to them was a fat, big, white, dirty dog. Appearance - good-natured. When I approached them, at a distance of about 20 meters, the dog turned in my direction and began to bark. I was surprised - the distance was quite large, and dogs do not see well in the dark.
I took out the steel stick that I carry with me and continued walking forward. The dog continued to growl and bark at me. Her fur stood on end. The owners had no leash in their hands, and the dog had neither a collar nor a muzzle. It was evident from her behavior that she was performing a practiced action. She clung to the legs of a man and a woman, as if asking them if she was doing the right thing, wagging her tail between her legs, but, at the same time, persistently tried to bite my leg. When I approached, the dog rushed, but I drove it away with a stick. I immediately decided that this was an attack and that they simply baited this dog, specifically on me. Otherwise, it would be impossible to explain that the dog reacted to me, at such a great distance ...
There was a short conversation that can be heard and seen. During the conversation, the man suddenly asked me if I had a bomb under my clothes.
Walking forward a little, I stopped and started making a video recording. The recording shows how at first the woman began to hide her face, and then they, together with the man, staged a feigned scene that, supposedly, their dog was kind. Maybe their dog is really kind, they just poached it on me, that's all.
I believe that I saw this man before, in the Zhovtneve district department of Dnepropetrovsk. I estimate the probability of coincidence 80-85%.
Having made a video recording, I went further and after walking 500 meters, turned around and went back. Immediately I saw several people walking towards me. The same man and woman walked first, followed by the same dog on the opposite side of the sidewalk from me. Behind them were two or three more men.
I took out the steel stick again. When the man and woman came up to me, the dog rushed at me again, this can be seen on the record. She did not rush at the men who followed them, at a distance of 5-7 meters. She rushed at me, rushed from the opposite side of the sidewalk. After that, I had no doubts that the dogs that were set on me were being used against me. And there is only one reason for this - the articles that I write and the contents of which become known to the garbage and the SBU, BEFORE I publish these articles, in the process of preparation. The theft of information from my apartment by the state of Ukraine continues and the stolen information is used to prevent me from making public documents that testify to the violation of my rights by state authorities.
