In the Middle Ages, during the time of the “holy” Inquisition, witchcraft was the most terrible crime. In order to convict a person of such a terrible crime, the Inquisition relied on... "the opinion of the neighbors." Those. the neighbors of a person suspected of witchcraft were invited to express their opinion about this person. Well, how does a neighbor think, a sorcerer or not a sorcerer?! Just an opinion....
A similar, medieval practice was used by the communists in the recent past, arranging the so-called “public courts”, in which anyone could talk with impunity about one person who was subjected to collective massacre, anything, and this one, alone, had to justify himself. The main thing is to make excuses.
In the verdict of the Nuremberg Military Tribunal for Nazi Germany, this practice was called... “...playing on the basest and most disgusting properties inherent in man...” and the Nuremberg Tribunal recognized this practice of manipulating the civilian community as a crime.
My relations with the neighbors did not work out from the first day. Having bought an apartment and meeting them at the entrance, I, of course, began to greet them affably and was surprised to find that, firstly, not everyone greets me in response, and secondly, some of those who greet me accompany the return greeting with arrogance. I had never before, never in my life, encountered such a thing.
For quite a long time, I did not understand what underlies this unprovoked behavior by me, but after an attempted attack on September 15, 2004, during which my neighbors directly told me that I would walk and live only as if they let me, I realized that this behavior is based on racial hatred, as well as the desire to dominate, based on a sense of racial superiority. After that, I stopped trying to establish good neighborly relations with my neighbors.
In 2006, I became convinced that my neighbors were collecting information about me, in particular, information about sources of income, daily routine and purchases. Any supposedly friendly conversation with me ended with the same "standard" set of questions.
Also, I found out that my neighbors are used to legalize information about me obtained as a result of technical intelligence activities. For example, when I stated that my neighbors are becoming aware of the content of the conversations that I have in my apartment, I received a response that I allegedly... talk too loudly in my apartment. That is, being at home, I speak so loudly that my voice, in detail, becomes audible to my neighbors. Like this. In addition, my neighbors become aware of the contents of the documents that I work with on my computer. This is of course because I hit the keys too hard on the keyboard... In the language of law, such "aggravated" sensory perception is called the disclosure of official secrets and exceeding official authority.
After then, in 2006, one of my neighbors, Nina Spazheva, repeatedly informed me that she had allegedly repeatedly seen someone go up to the fifth floor and try to open the door to my apartment, I installed a video recorder and found out that no one comes to break into my apartment, but my neighbors eavesdrop and spy, both for me and for each other:
I do not have and never had any common affairs or interests with these people. I never went into their houses, and they, into mine. I almost never talked to them, I don't know them, but they don't know me, and therefore their aggressive hostility towards me cannot be of a mundane nature, as they try to declare garbage. This is racial hatred, and, in my case, public servants are behind the manipulations on the basis of this racial hatred, i.e. - the state of Ukraine.
Naturally, I contacted the police several times, but racist threats and crimes motivated by racism are registered as simple offenses or domestic quarrels, as a result of which, each time I received an answer that these were allegedly domestic conflicts.
In addition, I believe that the police encourage such actions, using them as leverage for extortion. I have repeatedly been offered to pay a monthly fee, for... "calm relations with neighbors."
As for the last video, I received the following answer to it:
