The Dniproperdovsk city department settles the guests in this apartment. The first gopnik was placed there in the spring of 2010, after I went to Kyiv and declared a violation of my human rights.

Somehow, at the end of September 2010, I went outside and not far from the entrance to the courtyard I saw this gopnik and the then head of the city department, Vova Sedletsky. Gopnik stood in front of him in an insignificantly submissive pose, tense, like a sodatic, clasping his hands, bowing his head respectfully and looking not at Sedletsky, but down, not daring to raise his eyes. Sedletsky towered over him and said something instructive to him, and the gopnik nodded obediently. Sedletsky's car was parked nearby.

I reached out for the camera, Sedletsky turned and saw me. We both froze for a second, Sedletsky said something to the gopnik and he ran away like a dog, and Sedleky turned to me and began to laugh openly.

The official position of Sedletsky at that time was called - the head of the public security police.

Behind everything that happened and is happening to me in this damned country - Ukraine, there is, first of all, one organization - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Ukrainian trashers.
