This terrible story that happened in my apartment on October 17, 2014 clearly demonstrates what the police system and state authorities of Ukraine really are. I decided to write about this so that it would be clear how the state of Ukraine is holding me captive, how and what kind of pressure is being put on me, so that I do not defend my rights, do not appeal in court against the illegal actions of representatives of state authorities of Ukraine, civil servants , the state itself.

I also want to draw attention to the fact that the head of the National Police of Ukraine, Knyazev, who, some cowardly and obliging Ukrainian mass media, call "the chairman", cynically calls this - tools of influence on people and boasts that the criminal investigation department of Ukraine has tools There are influences for everyone...

In the USSR, only one organization was headed by a chairman and this organization was called the KGB of the USSR... And only the KGB of the USSR could do such things with dissidents as what is happening to me...

In general, in the spring of 2014, after the revolution, which in fact turned out to be a coup d'état, on the wave of statements from the next, new government, about a total fight against corruption, the rule of law and European values, I began to apply to the authorities of Ukraine with statements about the illegal persecution of me corrupt civil servants and criminals.

At first I applied to the regional department, then to the prosecutor's office, but each time I was faced with the fact that pressure was put on me in order to prevent me from preparing a document. With the help of several provocations, I established that the contents of the document were stolen from my apartment, from a computer not connected to the Internet, right in the process of preparing the document.

I also had evidence of illegal eavesdropping on my telephone conversations, illegal eavesdropping in my apartment, and most importantly, illegal use of video cameras in my apartment.

All the information collected about me was used to mock me, to suppress me and to blackmail me, and to interfere in my life in such a way that I was deprived of my livelihood, deprived of sleep, could not work and to destroy my personal life. The information obtained as a result of surveillance was demonstratively disclosed to my circle of contacts, my former friends and, for example, my neighbors...

The Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine allows surveillance of a person only for the purpose of collecting information, as part of a pre-trial investigation. Information collected during the NSRD, but not related to the pre-trial investigation, is an official secret and its disclosure is a criminal offense. In my case, information about me, of a domestic nature, was disclosed to agents who used it to mock me and to suppress me. This circumstance turned all the events related to the collection of information about me into a crime committed by civil servants, by the state. I am being tracked illegally and the equipment used to steal information from my computers is also illegal. Responsibility for the illegal use of means of secretly obtaining information is provided for in Art. 359 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the obligation to investigate crimes committed under this article, in accordance with Art. 216 Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, lies with the SBU.

In this regard, on July 24, 2014, I applied to the Dnepropetrovsk regional department of the SBU with a statement about the commission of a criminal offense against me under Art. 359 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The employee who accepted me mocked me, refused to accept my application in the manner prescribed by law, and I had to go to court.

I won the court case, but the Dnepropetrovsk regional department of the SBU refused to comply with the court’s decision and the SBU officers themselves, having committed a series of malfeasance, began to put pressure on me in various ways, as well as not to prevent rubbish and criminals from putting pressure on me in order to prevent me from access to my rights in the pre-trial investigation.

October 1, 2014, SBU investigator Borodinchik, standing at the door of my apartment, in violation of Art. 136 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, took it out of his bag and wrote out a summons to me “on my knee”. I was not going to do anything with this video, because I did not suspect what would happen next and therefore did not make a copy of it... And then... Then I had a strange health disorder: I had a sleep disorder, I was in some in an indefinite state, either lethargy, or euphoria, whether I was sleepy, or awake, everything fell out of my hands, I forgot everything, I was like some kind of drugged... This went on for several days, and after the dream was restored , I found that I cannot find this video because I cannot remember exactly where it is... I believe that this was the result of the illegal use of a psychotropic substance against me, which makes a person weak-willed, absent-minded and affects his ability to remember current events so that the person himself would not be able to reliably remember where he did the things that he had just held in his hands, for example, where did I put this recording and this was done for the subsequent destruction of the recording, in my DVR, n not connected to the Internet, that is, in my apartment, and so that, at the same time, I myself thought that she, well... just got lost, somewhere, for example, and that’s all...

Further, on Facebook, I read a strange comment, seemingly written neither to the village nor to the city, that supposedly someone turned to the SBU and someone advised him to bring $5k to the investigator, otherwise nothing would happen... The comment was written, as it were, in the first person, but it was read like an opera confession... The situation that was described in this comment was similar to mine... Perhaps it was a mere coincidence, but considering that they have been trying with me for more than 10 years to establish contact with the help of hints, inscriptions on walls and fences, as well as ads pasted on the doors of my entrance, or nearby, I thought that this comment was written just for me, as a demonstration of an example, as an instruction. I decided that those who attacked me simply agreed with the investigator to “deal” on shares: create the appearance of actions, cheat $5k from me, split them up and… ease the pressure for a while… Of course, no money I wasn’t going to wear it to anyone: firstly, I simply don’t have them, and secondly, there’s no point in wearing money to the gangster, corrupt government, because nothing will change, just an endless pump will work: they will turn the absence of violence into a drug that I will have to, constantly, buy from them... Seven years before, at the end of 2007, garbage from the Zhovtnevy regional department, whom I knew under the name Valentin Lyuty, demanded $500 a year from me, literally, for the absence of conflicts with neighbors. That is, the topic of constant payment of money for peace of mind has already been.

Realizing that a fabrication of a criminal case and garbage is taking place, and the SBU officers conspired, and according to the knurled scheme, depriving me of sleep and using psychotropic substances against me, they are squeezing me out of my rights in the criminal process, I appealed to the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnepropetrovsk, with a statement on the challenge SBU investigation. The court session was scheduled for October 17, 2014, at 8:00 or 8:30.

At about 1:00 I fed the cats and decided to go to bed as soon as possible so that I could get at least 6 hours of sleep before the trial.

At about 2 o'clock, in the silence of the night, there was a loud, piercing cry of a cat. This is how cats cry when they die. It didn't reach me for a few seconds. There was a feeling of unreality: just now I fed them and they were all healthy and ate well. While I was aware that something was happening, the cry was repeated. I left the room, but all the cats were lying and resting after eating. I went to my room, but almost immediately the cry was repeated again. I went out again and began to examine the cats. I saw that one of the cats, Basya, was lying tense, raising her head, and she seemed to be sick. Her pupils were greatly dilated. When I held out my hand to her, she screamed again. I did not immediately understand that Basya had been poisoned. At first I began to feel her stomach, examined her mouth, but Basya was getting worse right before my eyes, and then I realized that she had been poisoned. I had no solutions at home and I quickly got dressed and left the house. I was confused and did not understand what had happened - an hour before that, Basya was completely healthy and ate well...

Basya felt very bad. I saw that it was unlikely to save her and did everything mechanically in order to use all the chances. When I went down the stairs, I saw that someone had painted the whole wall with swastikas, just above the first floor, and wrote the word "ENOUGH". When I came home, a few hours ago, there were no inscriptions... At first I did not connect this with Basya's poisoning, I was in a hurry and I was not up to it. I did not immediately understand the connection between Basya's poisoning and the order "ENOUGH" written on the wall.

I went to the pharmacy, bought solutions, made Basya everything that was in my power and sat down at the computer screen - to wait and hope for a miracle. There was no longer any question of sleep. Basya was lying in an old bedside table at my door - there was her place. Her pupils were still dilated, but it seemed to me that after the injections she felt a little better.

I periodically left the room, watched how she... Everything was the same: neither better nor worse, and I even began to hope that Basenka would survive, but at about 7:45 Basya again began to scream terribly, I ran out of the room and saw that she was dying. She was bleeding from her nostrils, her eyes, her mouth. It was unbelievable. A few hours earlier, she had an excellent appetite and showed no signs of illness... At 8:09, in terrible agony, my Basenka died.

Of course, I did not go to any court. And judge Shevtsova, took advantage of the freedom granted to her by the operas and issued an illegal ruling, not in my favor, despite all the evidence provided by me.

On the evening of October 19, I went out of town to bury my Basya. After I dug up the grave, I saw some car Nissan Maxima, dark cherry color, with tinted windows, without license plates, which stopped at a U-turn, about 50 meters from the grave. I saw how the glass of the right front door lowered, a rectangular black lens hood of a large professional video camera appeared from there, and the operator began to point it at me. I took the camera, but it turned out that at that moment my battery was dead, so I took a small video camera and began to walk quickly towards this car. As soon as the people inside saw this, the car immediately moved off and quickly picked up speed and left. I only remember how it looked: it was dusty, unwashed for a long time, and the paint on it was as if it had stood somewhere, for several years, in the open air, in the sun.

Basya was the third cat in a row to "accidentally" die on the day of the trial. Following Basya, Rysya died, and then Musik. That is, cats died only on the day of judgment.

To date, on September 14, 2019, for 5 years, 49 cats have been killed for me. Almost my entire family. In Ukraine, this is called - tools of influence on a person...

None of my statements about the commission of crimes against me by criminals and representatives of state authorities of Ukraine has been registered in the manner prescribed by law. This suggests that the state of Ukraine itself is behind the genocide of me and my family.
