Before the war, I would go out of town a couple of times a week for a few hours, just to relax. This event happened during one of those trips. This recording clearly shows the attitude of the authorities towards me, it is clear that the authorities, specifically the authorities, are behind the destruction of my car, the organization of my public humiliation. It is clear that the system of public humiliation is one of the unofficial instruments of suppression of people in Ukraine and that the authorities do not fight it, but on the contrary, use it: the police, seeing this, begin to mock, gloat, join in the crime, and do not oppose it.

Having seen my mangled car, the policeman was obliged to stop me, find out the circumstances and call the investigative task force. But he did not do this, on the contrary, he began to mock me.

Also, the new, reformed policeman admits that such actions, in relation to my property, my car, are not a crime, but in relation to his property, his car, they are a crime. This indicates that for the executive power of Ukraine, I am not a subject of law.
