I don't know the name of this man. He showed up in apartment #106 in January 2010. The owner of the apartment called him "grandson" and repeatedly threatened me with physical violence from his side. For a long time, he stalked me and this stalking was expressed, for example, in jumping out from around the corner of the house or from the bushes near my entrance. Since this happened both day and night, I realized that he was somehow watching me. I have a recording of a conversation where this man gives the cops information about my daily routine: how many times a week, when and where I leave the house. In 2011, when I was returning from Moscow, I was surprised to find him and another bastard in a train carriage after the train stopped in Kharkov. In February 2014, after my return from Kyiv, at 3 a.m. I saw this man at the steps of the Dnepropetrovsk railway station. I recognized him only when he approached me, because he was dressed like a homeless person and limped badly. He had a garrote in his hands.
On Orthodox religious holidays, this man became overexcited. Friends would come to him and they would noisily smoke on the landing, doing it so that I could see. In addition, he would display some brooms, candles, plastic angels on the landing, in the entrance. His car was decorated with a large icon depicting Christ.
For a long time I considered this man a psychopath and an Orthodox extremist, but I was wrong. This man is a sadist and a murderer, a specialist in suppressing and destroying a person's personality. He is hired to organize continuous abuse, to abuse the victim, who is subjected to slow murder.

About 10 times I contacted the police, the SBU and the prosecutor's office of Ukraine, including directly to the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Pshonka, as well as to the former President of Ukraine Yanukovych, with statements about illegal actions against me, actions organized by the authorities, actions in which my neighbors are used as an organized criminal group, as terrorists.
All my statements were ignored by the authorities, or, after I won the cases, sabotaged by the pre-trial investigation bodies of the police, the SBU, the prosecutor's office of Ukraine.
In the spring of 2014, during one of such appeals, the police officers of the Dnipropetrovsk City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine told me that in their opinion, I should not quarrel with this person?!, but find out from him what he wants... to talk to him...
The proposed video demonstrates how the conversation with the "neighbor" took place, a conversation that I conducted following the recommendations of the Dnipropetrovsk Murlocionists.
In short, my "neighbor", in an obscene form, demanded that I, literally, not jerk off in front of the lens of his video camera installed in my apartment (as far as I understand, there are at least 10-15 such cameras, and possibly more). In addition, my "neighbor", also in an obscene manner, categorically told me that I would still "sit", that is, a criminal case would be fabricated against me, which would be sent to court, where a corrupt Ukrainian judge would accuse me of committing some crime, would pass a guilty verdict, as a result of which I would be imprisoned in a camp!
I published this story because from this moment on a series of documented official crimes committed against me by the police, the SBU, the prosecutor's office, the courts and personally the Head of the Government of Ukraine begins. I also filed a statement about the illegal collection of information in my apartment with the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration. All documents will be published below.
