Strawberry Pie

1 3 oz. box of strawberry Jello

1 cup of water

2 Tbs. cornstarch

1/2 cup of sugar

Cook all of the above until thick and clear, stirring continuously. Add 1 quart fresh strawberries (cut in half or sliced if they are really big) to the hot jello mixture and toss lightly. Pour into a baked pie crust. Chill for 2 - 3 hours and top with whipped cream when ready to serve.

This is one of those recipes that tastes so good it's hard to believe how easy it is! Don't forget to call and invite me to share a piece of pie and a cup of coffee ;)
