This recipe is from French's mustard. It's a real quickie and only uses a few ingredients - all of which I usually have on hand, so it's a great one to make when you walk in the door at the end of the day, you're starving and you start to wonder what to make for dinner.
2/3 c. ranch dressing
1/3 c. yellow mustard
3 Tbs. brown sugar
boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine ranch dressing, mustard & brown sugar. Set aside 1/2 cup to use as dipping sauce.
Put chicken breasts in baking dish & coat with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. until chicken is done. That's it!
You can also prepare this on top of the stove in a skillet, just cook the chicken first in a little bit of oil. Cover with sauce and simmer for 3 minutes (yep, only 3 minutes!) until the chicken is glazed.
**I used three pieces of chicken and the recipe made too much sauce, so next time I will only make half as much.
