2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1/4 c. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/3 c. olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let it stand for an hour or two before using for flavors to blend. I usually triple the recipe and freeze in an ice cube tray to use all winter long.
