3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into bite-size pcs. or chicken tenders
1/3 cup of your favorite wing sauce (mine is Texas Pete's)
32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 Tbs. dried chopped onions
1 c. ranch or bleu cheese dressing
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
crushed crackers or corn flakes
melted butter
Spray 9x13 casserole dish. In medium bowl, mix chicken with hot sauce and set aside. In large bowl, combine potatoes, dressing, cheese & soup. Spoon into casserole and place chicken on top. Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 375 for 45 mins to an hour. You can also do this in a crockpot on low for 6 hours. Serve with icy cold celery sticks.
This reminds me of company potatoes with wings -- best of both worlds!!
