3/4 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (this is the secret ingredient!)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green (spring) onions
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Combine first 3 ingredients and then stir in all the rest. Cover & chill. Serve on lettuce cups.
