6 clementines, peeled & sectioned
1 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, well drained
4 kiwis, peeled and sliced thick
Dressing: 1 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. honey
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
Whisk together.
Gently toss fruit with dressing. Top with shredded coconut if you like. Serve immediately or chill & serve later.
A great way to enjoy healthy fruit in winter!! Very tasty!
