Salsa
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Dash of Tobasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl & mix well. Cover & chill for at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend. Serve at room temperature. Makes about 3 cups, so you will probably want to make a double batch. This is SO good, it goes real fast!!
