Province of Munster (also known as ecclesiastical province of of Cashel) comprises:

·- Co. Clare - County Clare, situated on the west coast of Ireland .

- Co. Tipperary - Galtee Mountains, Glen of Aherlow, Rock of Cashel.

- Co. Kerry - Killarney National Park, Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula.

- Co. Limerick - Broadford (Irish: Béal an Átha - "the Mouth of the Ford") is located in the west of County Limerick in Ireland. It is part of the Roman Catholic parish of Dromcollogher-Broadford.

- Co. Waterford.

- Co. Cork - East - Glanworth Mill, Labbacallee Cairn

• 1. Ballymacegan (Baile Mhic Aogain in Irish) is a townland in the historic Barony of Ormond Lower, County Tipperary. Located in the civil parish of Lorrha in the north of the County and includes an area of cal lows along the River Shannon.

1. Ormond Lower (Irish: Urumhain Íochtarach)[1] is a barony in County Tipperary, Ireland. This geographical unit of land is one of 12 baronies in County Tipperary. Its chief town is Nenagh. The barony lies between Ormond Upper to the south-east (whose chief town is Toomevara) and Owney and Arra to the south-west (whose chief town is Newport). As a "peninsula", it is surrounded on three sides by counties Galway and Offaly.

Cornelius Ryan was born about 1813 in Thurles, Tipperary, and married Margaret Jane Long. He was convicted and sentenced in 1838 and transported to Australia aboard the "Waverly" .
