The City of Utica publishes code violations in The Observer Dispatch after Monday night court hearings.
The Utica Codes Enforcement office emails the results to the newspaper at email address of community@uticaod.com
Below are sample violations.
These are republished here to help Ilion residents recognize what to look for when reviewing a potential problem property. Odds are that if it constitutes a codes violation in the City of Utica, it would be a violation in the Village of Ilion. Both municipalities operate under the NY State Properties Maintenance Code of 2010.
