ARTICLE VII, Violations and Penalties
§ 250-42. Complaints of violations.
Whenever a violation of this chapter occurs, any person may file a complaint in regard thereto. All such complaints must be in writing and shall be filed with the Codes Enforcement Officer, who shall properly record such complaint and immediately investigate and report thereon to the Board of Appeals. In addition, if any violation comes to the attention of the Codes Enforcement Officer, s/he may file a complaint.
§ 250-43. Penalties for offenses.
A violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a civil offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding three hundred fifty dollars ($350.) for a conviction of a first offense. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation.
