The SDG Image Mate Online system is a powerful tool for gathering information on a particular piece of property.
Here are screen shots that show how to begin a search.

The sample below starts with searching for properties on Otsego St.
Step 1. Access the SDG Image Mate Municipality Lookup screen. Select German Flatts from the Municipality pull down menu.
Step 2. Start to type a Street name in the Street Name box. This sample shows starting to search for Otsego St. As you start to type in a Street Name, it will list any that are in the database that match the starting characters. As soon as you see the street you want, select it from the displayed list. This sample shows the results of entering 'otse' in the Street Name.
Step 3. When the Municipality and Street Name have been selected, then click on the Search button.
Step 4. Search results will be listed in rows. You can click on the Column Heading to sort the results. Clicking on the same Column Heading will toggle the results and reverse the sort order. To see houses listed in ascending geographic sequence, click on the Column Heading for Street #.
Step 5. Click on the Tax ID number of the property you want to see.
Step 6. Links are provided on the property details screen. The on the left provide additional information including the owner name as of 2011. Zoning Code is also available and whether or not the property is single family, 2 family or multi-family. The link for an aerial view is under the Maps area, on the the right side of the screen - look for Pin Property on GIS Map.
Step 7. The Report link provides all the information on one page (less the hot links) where you can download or print it out and save it.
Step 8. The Owner/Sales link provides the name of the owner and the deed book number.
Step 9. Click on the Pin Property on GIS Map to get the birds-eye and other views of the parcel.
Step 10. Use the plus and minus icons to zoom in and out on the parcel. Some photos of properties are available using Google Street View. Just click the icon for street view to see the photos.
Step 11. This is the result of clicking on the zoom button. It changes the map to an aerial view.
Step 12. There is an icon for Google Street View. Click the icon first. Then click on the street where you want to see the street view. I marked the street with an X where I clicked so you can see how to do it. Click the icon in the top navigation first and then click on the map.
Step 13. Use the arrows in Google Street View to position where you want to see the property. You can use the arrows to move up and down the street. You can rotate the arrow to see a front facing view.
